Pertaringa Undercover Shiraz
Wine
Bec Hardy Wines Pertaringa Undercover Shiraz is a nod to McLaren Vale's history of supplying other regions with grapes, stealthily improving the richness of their wines.
After harvest, the Shiraz grapes are open fermented. The wine is then matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels, a small proportion new, for 18 months before bottling.
Deep purple, Bec Hardy Wines Pertaringa Undercover Shiraz is bright and textural with dark fruit flavours, subtle spice and a velvety finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
